Wal-Mart is seeking a Principal Data Analyst in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to analyzing bus. problem w/in one's discipline & questions assumptions to help bus ID root cause. Master's or equiv in Eng'g or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in data analysis or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Eng'g or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in data analysis or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Defining customer req'mts & architecting best-in-class analytic solutions using BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI; Dvlp'g & deploying Analytics app w/data visualizations & interactive dashboards in customer environs to anlyz data daily to identify & act on their gaps; Dvlp'g advanced reports & dashboards to implement machine learning & data mining algorithms to derive forecasting analysis for customers.
