Network Technician II
The Network Technician II position is responsible to provide support to end users on a variety of computer hardware and software related tasks including Identifying, researching and resolving technical problems; responding to telephone calls and e-mail requests for technical support; and providing guidance to users on function, usage, and operation of products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 Year Associate's Degree in technology and 4 years directly related experience demonstrating an understanding of the principles and best practices required to support and maintain technology systems; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Network, Computer, and Server Experience
CISCO, EXTREME, HP, NETWOR SWITHC EXPERIENCE
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Assist with On-Call Rotation)
WAGE RANGE: $24.92 to $30.29 per hour (starting wage dependent on qualifications)
BENEFITS: Health (County contributes between $1013.00 and $1927.00 per month depending on plan type), vision, dental, short and long term disability, life, PERA retirement with at least 7.5% employer contribution, generous paid vacation and sick leave, and 11 paid holidays.
