Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Support Technician

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise and knowledge in troubleshooting I.T. hardware and software problems as well as demonstrated ability in providing solutions and first-tier technical support.
Successful incumbent will be able to prioritize the employee experience and understand how to efficiently navigate and deliver results for customers with competing agendas, processes and/or priorities; understand team dynamics and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This position is onsite.
