Salary: $37,435 to $42,794 Annually
Salary is based on education & experience

Job Description: Responsible for providing on-going effective and systematic
assessment of all aspects of consumer services to enhance the quality and efficacy
of services provided and attainment of regulatory compliance. Work includes but
is not limited to: developing & implementing tools and systems to identify,
assess, monitor, and report statistical analyses of both Outcome and Process data,
coordinating the development of a center wide Quality Management Plan, providing
on-going coordination of Quality Improvement Activities, compliance with the Health
and Human Services Commission (HHSC) contractual obligations related to quality
management and chairing the Quality Management Committee. Fulfills responsibilities
of Utilization Reviewer as identified in HHSC Utilization Management Manual during
absence of Utilization Manager (as required).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant evaluation and program monitoring experience.
Hours of Work: Generally Monday—Friday, 8am-5pm with possible task-based variations.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: Ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive
Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as other physical requirements for this position.
