What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or One year of equivalent experience.
Experience administering a LAN/WAN with 60 or more users.
The ability to troubleshoot workstations and an understanding of networking fundamentals is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Solid communication skills.
Your Calling Will Be:
Troubleshoot and resolve user’s hardware & software tickets. Act as a first level of escalation after helpdesk. Ensure that all trouble tickets opened are resolved quickly and efficiently. Trouble ticket statuses updated in Fresh Desk at all times.
Add, delete and modify user accounts in all IS/IT systems.
Ensure all network documentation is complete and up-to-date at all times.
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
Install new hardware including workstations, multifunction devices, check scanners and various other technology related items as needed.
Activate, update and maintain handheld devices (iPhones/Android).
Review backup logs and report issues to management.
Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment. Ensure Data Center is well organized at all times.
Assist in setting up video conferencing system for meetings.
Assist with other duties as requested.
