Enterprise Content Management Administrator-Developer
Emporia State University is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as the new Enterprise Content Management Administrator-Developer within the Information Technology (IT) department.
Candidates must show an aptitude to solve problems with an approach that puts customer service first. They must demonstrate an enthusiasm for using technology as a tool to enable students, faculty, and staff to achieve goals both in the classroom and beyond.
The ECM Administrator-Developer will interact with various departments on campus and complete business process analysis to document application requirements. In addition, the position will prepare system designs, write code, troubleshoot errors, research new technologies, train functional users in system usage, and assist in providing hardware support for servers and client machines. This position requires excellent communication skills, incredibly high attention to detail, high energy, a dedicated approach to a customer service-oriented environment, and ability to present ideas in a business and user-friendly manner.
