Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Provides financial reporting and analysis every month to guide decision-making for top management team
- Consolidate the global budget, financial forecasts, and report variances to stakeholders
- Follow up the gaps every month to make sure the actuals are under control
- Advise and train ERP managers and project managers on financial tools like SAP, Apptio and Planisware
- Work closely with DGIT Finance and Controlling team/IT Portfolio team and being the bridge for ERP internal order/cost center owners
- Support digital program (OneERP) on the accuracy of financial report

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 10 years' experience with SAP R/3, SAP ERP and S/4HANA, and IT Landscape
- 6 years' experience as an SAP IT Manager ensuring delivery of global/regional FICO projects and enhancements
- 5 years' experience with SAP e-Document solutions for Latin-American countries (including e-Invoices, e-Payment, e-Payroll) and leading a team of remote global employees (including delegating responsibility and holding team members accountable)
- Experience may be gained concurrently
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
