The Information Technology Department of the City of Columbia is hiring a Systems Analyst. This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the City’s ERP systems and related integrations. The candidate will need strong customer service skills to work with City staff and vendors. Responsibilities also include performing regular maintenance and upgrades; troubleshooting complex issues; writing reports and creating standard operating procedures. Ability to support ERP systems required. Knowledge of PHP or C#, Powershell, SQL, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field is required.
