Technician

Arkansas Copier Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team in the areas of Conway, Hot Springs, and Little Rock. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. Install, configure, and troubleshoot copiers, printers, and other office equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate records of service calls and inventory. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Qualifications: Strong technical skills and experience with copiers, printers, and related technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Pay range from $16/hour to $25/hour.
